Duties + Requirements

Operation Officer

Requirements

Must have experience in tourism
Can speak very good English
Be able to travel for further destination
To ensure all restaurants, boats, NGO visits, shop visits and extra excursions are arranged and booked
To take the file from sales assistants and double check all arrangements
To assist Operation Supervisor allocated car and tour guide
To record the data about guides and drivers into the file and in the operation spreadsheet
To prepare cash advances for drivers and guides
o prepare mission fees for drivers and guides
To prepare all welcome gifts or purchase specific items as requested by clients
To prepare the itinerary for REP operations office to follow
To prepare vouchers with which to run the trip
To meet large groups on arrival and ensure all arrangements are running ok if requested
