It focuses on ensuring accelerated growth in the value of agricultural production and smallholder income in the rice-based farming systems of targeted provinces through agribusiness development, water management, research and extension and improving the business enabling environment. The Program is based in Phnom Penh and operates in the provinces of Takeo, Kampong Thom and Kampot.
