Project Assistant
Duties
- Assist the manager in project implementation goes smoothly and completely
- Facilitate and organize in training, seminar, workshop, conference...etc
- Take minutes and write reports (e.g. activities report, meeting, staff meetings, etc)
- Produce informational materials, booklets, newsletters, etc
- Collect and writing case studies report of the network for stories of change and printing
- Translate documents from English into Khmer and vice-versa
- Communicate with NGO partners, stakeholders, local authority, and concerned agencies
- Provide any additional assistance to manager for project activities as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in social science or related field
- At least two-years experience in social work and interfaith peace building preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organize in documentations, letter in and out
- Strong interests in interfaith and organizational development
- Being able to work independently but also willingness to work as a team
- Good writing and speaking skills in Khmer and English
- Knowledge of email, Internet, computer proficiency in Khmer and English
- Being able to work in Phnom Penh and travel to provinces
