Program Coordinator Gender

Duties

Advise the organization at a programmatic level on the implementation of a critical gender dialogue
Coordinate projects under the Gender Component of the HBF Cambodia Program
Liaise closely with partner organizations
Represent HBF in strategic networking and relationship building with NGOs, government organisations, private sector and community groups
Contribute to the annual strategic and financial planning of the office
Assist with the implementation of participatory monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems

Requirements

University degree in development-related field or four years relevant work experience
Project management experience
Experience working with local, national and international NGOs, local and central government and indigenous or marginalised communities
Knowledge of gender approaches and experience in gender work
Experience in facilitation of workshops, group discussion and training at a grass roots level is an advantage
Interest in green topics, ability to identify with HBF values
Ability to frequent travel to the provinces
Strong written and spoken English
