Deputy Chief Accountant
Duties
- Create Reference Book for Head Office to control and arrange all incoming and outgoing documents with clear recording of reference numbers, classifies the documents and keeps in good order
- Operate micro-finance banking system including accounting tasks and manage financial data in an accurate and timely manner
- Advise managers on liquidity, coordinate cash withdrawal and verify head office cash balance
- Monitor expenditure against business plan and budget
- Manage administrative functions, accounting and loan documents as guided by the General Manager
- Prepare appropriate vouchers as requested by relevant departments
- Controls and verifies, on a monthly basis, the Non-capitalized Assets used at the Head Office and accurately posts inventory codes
- Prepare Head Office financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis
- Responsible for other accounting tasks assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, ACCA’s candidate is an added advantage
- At least 3 years experience preferably in Microfinance institution or Banking
- Knowledge in accounting, tax, regulation, or related Prakas
- Holding motor’s and car’s driving license
- Computer literacy (MS. Office, & Accounting Software)
- Good English proficiency both written and spoken
- Honest, self-motivated, hard working, and responsible person with good character and morality
- High ability in working with the management with minimum supervision

Senior Credit Officer
Duties
- Promote products and services and attract potential clients
- Prepare credit proposal and submit to Credit Committee for credit decision
- Perform credit analysis based on credit principles and policies
- Loaning process within assigned area accurately with proficiency including promoting, loan disbursement, and loan recovery
- Conduct preliminary credit interview, site visit for collateral, due diligence, and property valuation
- Monitor closely loan utilization, loan repayment and savings generation
- Build and maintain good relationship with borrowing customers
- Prepare monthly operation reports
- Doing other work-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalence
- Bachelor of Business and Economic is priority
- At least 2 years experiences preferably in Microfinance institution or Banking
- Preferably experience in handling loans/credit with other institutions
- Experience in sale and marketing is an advantage
- Skills in survey methodologies and techniques
- Basic English knowledge
- Good health, strong organizational capacity and a team player
- Honest, self-motivated, hard working, and responsible person with good character and morality

Junior Credit Officer
Duties
- Promote products and services and attract potential clients
- Learning and practicing accurately and up-to-date with policies and procedures related to credit/loan;
- Practicing loaning process within assigned area accurately with proficiency including promoting, loan disbursement, and loan recovery
- Doing other work-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalence
- Bachelor of Business and Economic is priority
- Good command of English==reading, writing, and speaking
- Computer literacy (Ms.Word and Ms.Excel)
- Good health, strong organizational capacity and a team player
- Honest, self-motivated, hard working, and responsible person with good character and morality
