Community Outreach Manager
Duties
- Find out information related to their family situation so that we help the family which is send by ED voucher or email
- To be proactive in identifying patients with complex needs within the community in collaboration with all relevant service
- To negotiate with others around case management in complex cases, professional roles and ensuring a positive resolution to any areas of conflict, in order to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of multidisciplinary care
- To ensure that clients, careers and families are involved in the planning and prioritization of their care plans wherever possible
- To actively promote the safeguarding policies and follow procedures to protect vulnerable people when necessary
- To use judgments in dealing with unplanned crises/issues without direct supervision of senior management, which require investigating, analyzing and decision making
- Report and update all information to ED, CM and FaM
- Counseling with kids, their parents and community people
- Conduct training to envelop co-worker and community people knowledge
Requirements
- Hold on BBA or MBA of Law or Management
- At lease 3 years experience involving to deal any case
- Having previous experience working with poor community people is advance
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, excel, internet, email, etc.)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

Nurse
Duties
- Implement and evaluate individual treatment plans for kids and staff with a known long-term condition
- Priorities health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the kids in complex, urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care
- Provide information and advice on prescribed or over-the-counter medication on medication regimens, side effects and interactions
- Deliver nursing care according to the nursing process
- Think of the child as part of a family and involve the family in the care of their child
- Recognize the importance of good hygiene for the child and other area in the center
- Give the children age appropriate and educationally related toys and play therapies
- Offer help to colleagues during times when you are not busy and in emergency situations
- Be flexible about moving to other departments during staff shortages
Requirements
- Diploma of Secondary Nurse/Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- At lease 3years experience working with children and community people or poor people
- Commitment and strong interest to work with children and Community People
- Strong initiative and willing to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication skill
- Be enthusiastic and work hard at the hospital
- Be honest and trustworthy

Procurement Officer
Duties
- Assist in receiving Purchase Request and checking Purchase Request from throughout the facility for accuracy
- Assist in Processing Purchase Request from facilities to have it approved
- Assist in Maintaining Purchase Request, Contract, Suppliers information, other procurement documents
- Assist in Searching and expanding suppliers in order to be able to purchase goods that are of high quality but at a low price
- Assist in Finding suppliers, enquire for quotation list
- Assist in Orienting procurement policy to suppliers and other relevant staffs
- Assist in Negotiating price, terms of payment with suppliers
- Assist in Keeping track of order, supervise and speed up the delivery schedule of the supplier to the warehouse or to relevant facilities/individuals
- Assist in Making goods delivery or receive notes
- Performs related work as required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, or Others Relevant
- One year experience relating to purchasing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suits, Internet
- Numerically accurate, open, smart and honest personality
- Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures
- Knowledge of supplies, equipments, technical, or maintenance operations

Duties
- Researching trends and taking inspiration from this to produce creative and innovative designs
- Design development: Concept, development and modifications
- Produce technical files and develop prototypes with factories
- An Extremely Trend orientated portfolio including leather or leather substitute bags will be required
- Designing and developing commercial and fashionable bag
- Trend research & putting together mood boards
- Design all kind of bags: Leather bags and leather with silk, sack, plastic, thick and thin fabric
- If sewing the leather, can stamp logo
- Making the pattern, Producing sample, Training to the Bag Makers
- Purchasing the materials
- Can make screen printing
- Do other duty as assign
Requirements
- Relevant fashion design degree
- Some previous experience in a handbag design role
- Highly creative with a good eye for color
- Excellent hand drawing skills
- Previous experience in a graphic design role
- Computer skill Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Illustrator & Photo-shop
- Repair sewing machine is advance
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural environment
- Able to communicate in English
