The Project will be implemented in accordance with RGC''s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the Financial Management Manual (FMM) and the Procurement Manual (PM) which have been sponsored by the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) will play a facilitating as well as an oversight role in ensuring the Project complies with the SOP, FMM and PM.

The ETEA Foundation for Development and Cooperation is a Spanish Non Governmental Organization working in rural development in developing countries.
